Years of oxidation and weathering left the gelcoat faded, chalky and worn. After extensive surface preparation, a high-build epoxy topcoat with enhanced UV protection restored a clean, uniform finish that dramatically improved the vessel's appearance while providing lasting durability and easier maintenance.

Extensive damage at the keel base required a structural rebuild to restore the hull's strength and integrity. After taking back the original coating and removing compromised material, the keel was reconstructed using marine-grade fiberglass and epoxy, carefully faired to its original profile, and finished with VC17 antifouling paint for long-term protection.
