Boating has always been a passion of mine, but my career has been spent in an industry where precision isn't just appreciated - it's essential.

For more than 20 years, I've worked in the composites industry designing, manufacturing, and installing custom fibreglass products for commercial and transit infrastructure projects, including work for organizations such as Metrolinx. In that environment, every measure matters, every material has a purpose, and every installation must meet demanding quality and safety standards.

Those same principles are the foundation of Refit Marine Co.

While boats and transit infrastructure may seem like very different worlds, the craftsmanship behind them is remarkably similar. Understanding how composite materials behave, how structural loads are transferred, how to build lasting repairs, and how to achieve a clean, professional finish are skills that translate directly to marine restoration.

Refit Marine Co. allows me to combine two things I've always cared about: the technical craftsmanship I've developed throughout my career and my lifelong passion for boating.

Whether I'm repairing structural damage, restoring tired gelcoat, fabricating a custom component, or rebuilding fine woodwork, every project receives the same level of care and attention to detail that has guided my professional career for decades.
